Run the photoshop program and then open the image and leaves the car, it's up to you the picture, if not at your computer, can look on the internet.
Select pictures of leaves and then drag & drop onto the car image.
Select an existing layer car pictures then right click on the mouse select the layer from the background, now picture the car has become an active layer which can later be edited
Select the picture layer of leaves again and then to the blending mode, choose the multiply, then layer on the bottom panel there are icons, select the add vector mask icon.
Click the brush tool, and set the brush diameter according to the needs of their own, set the color box in the standard position, black and white, for background and foreground, black and remove the object, while the white object appeared again, set the opacity too, which is located above the option bar.
Then merge the two layers and select the photo filter
